No need to register! Your account is automatically created when you place your first order.

Where can I view my orders or manage my account?
You can access your information through the Client Lounge (or Customer Desk if not logged in), located in the top right of the site.

What are the available plans?
You can view all available service plans by visiting the Plans section on our homepage.

What does each plan include?
Each plan details its own features, such as number of pages, product uploads, custom branding, and support length. Turnaround time and pricing vary depending on the selected variant.

Can I choose additional services later?
Yes, you can get in touch post-purchase to request upgrades or additional services.


⏳ Turnaround Time & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my website?
Turnaround time depends on the plan and selected option (e.g., Standard or Priority). Each option displays the expected delivery during selection.

How do I submit materials and preferences?
After purchase, you’ll receive an onboarding email where we guide you through everything we need to begin.


🏠 Hosting & Domain

Is hosting included?
Yes, for most plans we include 12 months of hosting and domain registration.

What happens after the first year?
Your hosting and domain will renew for $179/year. We manage this process for you.


📄 Invoices & Payments

What payment methods are available?
You can pay via debit/credit card or PayPal at checkout.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you after completing the payment.

How do I log in?
Go to the Client Lounge and enter your login credentials. If it’s your first purchase, your account is created automatically.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Lost your password?” on the login screen to reset it.

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible before project kickoff. Once we start working, refunds are no longer applicable.
